Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, town, wall measurements, message and, if you attach one, a photograph of the wall.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if you hire the service, for the legal periods applicable to commercial and tax documentation.

Recipients

Form submissions are processed through a form provider acting as data processor. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
